Job Description
We are looking to hire a passionate, self-motivated Branch Manager to regularly visit each location ensure that sales strategies are being instituted and that sales goals are being met. The Branch Managers responsibilities include evaluating the work done by managers, training sales teams, and analyzing sales trends.
To become a successful Branch Manager, you should be motivated and driven towards meeting sales goals. A high-performing Branch Manager should possess the ability to suggest innovative ways to reach sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Sales or related field).
- Proven experience in sales management.
- Proficient in basic accounting.

Responsibilities
- Business development of the State
- Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team.
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
- Appointing capability of Territory Sales Manager and Area Sales Manager
- Identifying areas for appointing Distributors and Dealers
